• 7:30 am 11:30 am Speakers and Peer Roundtables
• 12:00 pm Lunch / Departure

Hotel Accommodations:
A block of rooms have been reserved for Thursday, September 21, at the Kimpton Gray Hotel at a group rate of $259.  Mention The Lodis Forum 2023 Symposium when reserving your room. Additional nights may be booked at the same rate if the room type is available.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

We hope everyone who registers for the Symposium will be able to attend; however, we know extenuating circumstances do occur. The Lodis Forum Symposium Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:

• Symposium registrations canceled on or before August 25, 2023, are refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee.

• Registrants canceling on or before September 8, 2023, will receive a 50% refund. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.
• Registrants canceling on or after September 9, 2023 are not guaranteed a refund. We will consider each situation on an individual basis. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.
