About the Speaker:
Jennifer McClure is a board director and advisor with extensive executive experience in the media and communications, information services and technology industries. She spent the majority of her career in the Silicon Valley and has expertise in digital transformation, technology governance and risk management, communications and marketing, M&A and integration, and corporate governance. Her executive experience includes serving as a Managing Partner of 2GO Advisory Group, founder/CEO, CMO, and CCO of several organizations. She was Vice President and global head of Digital at Thomson Reuters. She co-founded the think tank Society for New Communications Research, which she merged with The Conference Board in 2016. Jen has served in various board leadership roles for private and family-owned companies and nonprofits, including chairing audit, executive, nominating and governance, and strategic planning committees. She has also served on several corporate advisory boards of large technology companies. She is a NACD Governance Fellow, a Qualified Risk Director, and a member of the executive committee of the Private Directors Association. She is a limited partner in four venture capital funds and served on the Investment Committee of Spike Ventures, an AVG fund. Jen is passionate about helping organizations navigate the challenges and opportunities of the digital age and creating value for their stakeholders.
